Spending this past week in Vegas finalizing work + a million other things.
Formulating the work I’m doing with 2 business partners for our Brand identity & Marketing agency,
in addition to meeting with clients, building my design team & formulating our internal
systems and strategies for expansion. Work has been very busy & it’s all been expenses.
But it’s all been for investments to the future so I am grateful for that.
We have many influencers we are building & brands we are developing,
and aiding in growth. We have had many meetings about how to design the full integrations
in our internal operations as well as our corporate strategies.
And I think we have something huge & tangible to work with.
As an introvert, working with a lot of extroverts is pretty taxing on me.
I can only give so much of my energy before I am able to restore, recoup & have introspection
in my longterm vision and the constant energy management I need to maintain.
Alternating this energy between 5-10 companies, nearly ALL in their startup infancy phases,
has been difficult. But I am maintaining my focus.
