We have started the company with nearly 98% China free products; and over 95% ALL US made.
Some of our apparel is from Europe, but very little. And by the end of the year we will
have sourced the partnerships to make us 100% China free.
We want to start off strong with sustainability and real future growth in mind.
And not have to pivot our business model later on like so many retail companies
are now attempting to do.
Many of them aren’t able to be successful in this, and it’s leading to a lot of failures.
Where I personally think setting the proper intentions first, then building the
company designed around the right principles creates the best model to move forward.
I took a very long time making sure our wholesalers & suppliers were solid and
in line not only with basic company strategy & volume, but also in line with our values
and principles as we grow. It is important in the early stages that we adopt the right
company culture and mindset to retain during growth and scale.
This is very important. If you don’t have a solid foundation in all you do, you truly have nothing.
The US economy is in for a very bumpy ride with the Global economy shifting,
so taking the extra steps to make sure we support sustainable US companies,
culture conscious companies, smaller boutiques, women owned and black owned wholesalers,
wholesalers with eco-friendly missions, was vital to our inception and will remain at
the forefront of our progression.
