Will your World be defined by an algorithm?

In short, yes.

Algorithm’s define our world, our content, our knowledge of the world more than you may think.
An algorithm is showing your search results on Google, it’s showing what comes up on your feed
on your FB, it’s defining what photos you see on Instagram.
Algorithm’s really do define our view of many things in the world.
Everything a social media savvy person does on their SM is in obedience to the algorithm.
To have it be recognized, & hopefully seen by thousands, or millions.
Social media platforms update & change their algorithms depending on
a number of variables. For instances how the world of mediapreneurs & influencers will
be changing in the upcoming years I find quite fascinating.
Currently the algorithms on both FB and IG are defined primarily by watch time & likes.
Likes help more people see a photo or post, but also the amount of time people spend
looking at it. Even still they have changed the algorithm in such a way where if you
still get a certain amount of likes & views, only a small percentage of your followers
or friends list will see your post.

I think as time goes on & algorithms become more enhanced they will make these
changes even more strict, making it very difficult to be seen if you aren’t adhering to the status quo.
